1. Local tax for adults RSD 120 per person per day.
2. Insurance RSD 50 per person per day

Check-in after 3 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out until 11 AM on departure day.
Late check out, from 11 AM to 6 PM is charged 50% of the overnight stay in apartment.
Daily stay in the period from 10 pm to 7 pm is charged 70% of the overnight stay in apartment.

Payment can be done in cash, paychecks, by invoice or via payment cards (American, Visa, Visa Electron, Master, Maestro, Dina Card) in Serbian dinars according to the value of middle exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia for the day of payment.

The price is guaranteed only for the payment in the full amount. Otherwise only the amount of the advance is guaranteed and the remaining sum is subject to change. While booking, 40% of the value of the arrangement is charged, the remaining sum has to be paid 15 days before the start of the accommodation.

If the reservation is canceled or changed in the period from the date of creation of the reservation up to 15 days before the start of the accommodation, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total value of the accommodation. For cancellation of the accommodation for a period shorter than 15 days before the start of the accommodation, cancellations fee is 80% of the total value of the accommodation. If the accommodation is cancelled 24 hours before the start, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total value of the accommodation. The price for one person occupying the apartment responds to the price of a two-bed apartment.

For the accommodation shorter than the stated number of days, the fee is increased by 25% between Thursday and Sunday (available on request).

Payments by the foreign guests is done via invoice. The guest is responsible to cover the banking fees; otherwise, they will be charged at the reception desk in in Serbian dinars according to the value of middle exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia for the day of payment.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGES INTO THE APARTMENTS, AS WELL INTO THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL
